Terms of service

Please read this User Agreement ("Agreement") before using ClouDDy application ("Application") and uploading playlist to ClouDDy system. By registering in the Application you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of Agreement, just delete the Application from your device

License

ClouDDy gives you revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of Agreement.

Responsibility

The user bears full responsibility for the content, reliability, legality and use of the content uploaded by him, for violation of property, copyright and other rights of third parties. All property claims of third parties, including authors and owners of rights to the content, must be settled by the user.

Anti piracy

If an intellectual property rights owner believes Application app includes content or materials, which uploaded by user or IPTV provider, that infringe intellectual property rights, copyright holder will be asked to notify ClouDDy Copyright Agent by email ("Notification") providing the information about violation according to the policy DMCA.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

Modifications to Application

ClouDDy reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or ClouDDy. ClouDDy may, in its sole distraction, at any time and for any or on reason, suspend of terminate Agreement with or without prior notice. Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from ClouDDy, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of Agreement. You may also terminate Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your device.

Severability

If any provision of Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendment to Agreement

ClouDDy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any changes taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Moneyback

As we offer a free trial period of the service, refunds will not be accepted. If you have already used a paid service, the service was provided and the payment was debited.

Delivery

After the purchase, the service will be provided to you in accordance with the conditions applicable to the tariff you purchased. The service will be considered successfully delivered to you after the service was activated and the payment was debited.

Privacy policy

By agreeing to the terms of the service, you accept the privacy policy.
