ClouDDy does not provide any content and according to the agreement ClouDDy is not responsible for the content uploaded by users.

Do not buy a subscription in the application in the hope that after payment we will provide you with content - this will not happen and according to the agreement we do not make a refund.

Contact the playlist provider and let them know what you want to watch on multiple devices at the same time. There are no restrictions on our side.

If you can't load your content, try the following steps:

1. Check it in another player like Windows VLC
2. Try to load it as file.

If it works as file, but does not work by link, please contact your playlist provider to allow requests from our servers.

As we offer a free trial period of the service, refunds will not be accepted. If you have already used a paid service, the service was provided and the payment was debited.
